Saint Paul’s Choir - The Saint Paul’s Choir is for folks who love to sing and praise the Lord in a group setting.  The Choir usually begins meeting in the fall and sings through the Christmas season.  We also typically prepare a special music service for Palm Sunday.  Rehearsals are on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.  You must be in the seventh grade or older to take part.  Please contact Janet Brown at 417-623-7090 or spumcmusic@gmail.com for more information.

Bell Choir - The Saint Paul’s Bell Choir is for folks who enjoy the handbells.  It begins meeting in the fall and usually plays through the spring.  Rehearsals are on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.  You must be in the seventh grade or older to take part.  It is also important that you be able to read music to participate in this group.  For more information contact Nancy Karst at 417-624-1154.

Home Bound Services:   Saint Paul’s offers services for homebound, elderly and disabled persons of Joplin who do not have relatives in the area that can help them.  Qualified persons are paired with a volunteer who shops for the client for groceries and other small items.  Medical or essential transportation is also available to these clients. The Caring People:  Whether you are a Single Mom seeking a place of love and support, a caring woman wanting to make a difference, or a friend, fan or supporter we invite you to be a part of The Caring People. Our mission, creating an awareness of and a desire to meet Jesus, propels us forward to make a difference in the lives of Single Moms and their children...everywhere! Wednesday Night Live  classes are offered on Wednesday nights from  6—8 p.m.  Classes last 6—13 weeks and begin in August and January every year.  They are designed to feed your whole family—body, mind and spirit.  All WNL activities include free dinner, fellowship and spiritual growth. Nursery Care is provided for infants up to age 2.  Children from ages 3 - 5th grade enjoy CrossTraining.  Youth in grades 6—12 take part in the Crossing.   Adults take part in a variety of Bible studies and small group activities that are open to anyone, no matter where you are in your spiritual walk.

In order to live out our primary purpose, of leading people to an active faith in Jesus Christ, we believe that it is important to: Love God, Love Others, and Serve the World. 

From the moment you first walk in to Saint Paul’s, we strive to help you get connected: connected to people, connected to ministry, and most importantly…connected to God.  One of the ways we do that is through worship. We offer four Sunday Worship services at Saint Paul’s main campus. (2423 West 26th Street, Joplin Missouri)  Worship services are at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. and are a blend of contemporary and traditional styles. They are Biblical, relevant and experiential.  The 11:30 a.m. “EPIC” service is geared toward young adults and the 6:00 p.m. Mosaic Worship Service is held at our off site location, the Salvage Yard, 1402 Main.  A nursery is provided during all worship services.

To learn more about the mission of the church and how you can be more connected into that mission you can attend Coffee with the Pastor offered on the second Sunday of every other month. This is an informal time that you can meet our Pastors, learn more about Saint Paul’s and take a quick tour.  After that, you are invited to attend the Newcomers Class.  This class is offered on the 2nd Sunday of every other month.  We also offer a  variety of opportunities to connect in home groups, classes, experiential worship and ministries for children, youth and adults.

Home Groups are a fun, great way to form lasting relationships, grow through study, and serve others.  Most Home Groups meet about every other week, eat a meal or have snacks, share in a small group study, pray together, and support each other.   The model for a life of faith that we get from Jesus is to do life together!  The best way to get a small group started is to gather a few friends or acquaintances to help you get going.  Or we can help you find a group or put a new group together.  Just email NancyHampton at spconnections@gmail.com and we will help you get started!
